Chief Deputy State’s Attorney
Kenneth A. Grey, JD
Ken Grey is State’s Attorney Glasgow’s Chief Deputy State’s Attorney. He is the top administrator under the state’s attorney and serves as the office’s second in command. He is responsible for the supervision of all divisions and operations in the Will County State’s Attorney’s Office.
Grey was a senior partner for 17 years with the McKeown Law Firm, one of Will County’s oldest and most respected firms. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to both the Civil and Criminal Divisions. In his long and distinguished career, he served as a felony prosecutor and the chief of the misdemeanor division for the Will County State’s Attorney’s Office as well as the village attorney for Mokena. In 1985, Grey was appointed Mokena’s assistant village attorney serving under then Village Attorney George Sangmeister. In 1988, when Sangmeister was elected to Congress, Grey was named Mokena’s village attorney, a post he held until he came to the State’s Attorney’s Office in 2009. A 1983 graduate of John Marshall Law School, Grey is a resident of Frankfort. He is married to Toni Lee, and he is the father of five.

Felinda Holmes, MS
Felinda Holmes is the Director of the Technology Division for the Will County State’s Attorney’s Office. Her responsibilities include supervising a team of computer technicians that assist with maintaining the ever-evolving technologies used by State’s Attorney Office staff.
She is a lifelong resident of Joliet, as well as alumnus of Lewis University where she earned both an undergraduate and graduate degree. As the complexity of the computing field changes, Felinda and her team constantly look for ways to improve upon currently technologies, as well as ways to deliver new ones to the office.

Pete Wilkes, JD
As the Criminal Division Chief for the Office of Will County State’s Attorney James Glasgow, Pete Wilkes supervises the 63 attorneys in the Felony, Misdemeanor and Juvenile Divisions. State’s Attorney Glasgow hired Pete in 2011 as an assistant state’s attorney assigned to the Complaint Office and then promoted him in 2015 to the Felony Trial Division. In 2016, Glasgow named him Chief of Homeland Security and then Chief of the Narcotics and Gangs Unit, before being promoted Chief of the Criminal Division. Pete is a 1989 graduate of the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law (formerly The John Marshall Law School).
As the Felony Chief, Chris Koch oversees 7 felony courtrooms, and directly supervises approximately 25 assistant state’s attorneys. Additionally, he assists in reviewing all homicide cases. State’s Attorney Glasgow promoted Chris to Felony Chief in 2017 after his extensive criminal prosecution experience in the Misdemeanor, Complaints, Drug, Financial Crime & Felony Units. Will County Children’s Advocacy Center
Lisa Morel Las, MEd
Lisa Morel Las was selected by Will County State’s Attorney James Glasgow, with Will County Children’s Advocacy Center Board of Directors approval, for the position of Executive Director in August 2015.
Previously, she served as the Chief Executive Officer for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Will and Grundy Counties. During her 11-year tenure at Big Brothers Big Sisters, Lisa raised the organization’s community profile, secured more than funding, spearheaded a successful capital campaign to purchase new office headquarters in Joliet, and opened satellite offices in Grundy and Kankakee Counties.
Prior positions held include District Administrator for Illinois Senate Majority Leader Debbie Halvorson, and State’s Attorney Glasgow’s Director of Information & Public Administration where she was instrumental in securing federal grant funding that led to the establishment of the Will County Drug Court program. Lisa was also instrumental in the lobbying efforts for Glasgow’s successful legislative initiatives.
In 2012, Lisa was honored by the Joliet Region Chamber of Commerce with the ATHENA Award, and in 2011 she was awarded the Joliet Catholic Academy Alumni Association’s Career Achievement Award.
Lisa earned a Bachelor’s degree from Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame and a Master’s degree in Counseling Education from Loyola University, Chicago. She also completed postgraduate business administration courses for not-for-profit organizations at the University of Notre Dame. She is a member of the Joliet Rotary Club and the Holly Club of Joliet.
Director of Victim/Witness Services
Nichole Pasteris, MSW
As the Executive Director of Victim/Witness Services, Nichole Pasteris MSW leads a team of dedicated advocates who support victims and witnesses of crime residing in, or affected within, Will County. Before joining State’s Attorney James Glasgow’s office in 2009, Nichole worked as a counselor with at-risk youth at Aunt Martha’s Youth Service Center in Joliet.
Her commitment to victims’ rights and community service has been recognized with several honors including the Alliance Against Intoxicated Motorists Award in 2015 for her advocacy on behalf of drunk driving victims, and the Will County Bar Association Community Service Award in 2023.
Nichole earned a Master of Social Work degree from Aurora University and a Bachelor of Social Work from Lewis University.
Coordinator, Will County Adult and Juvenile Drug Courts
Scott DuBois, Psy.D., CADC, ATE
Dr. Scott DuBois completed his Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology and Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Adler University in Chicago, Illinois. As a Certified Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Counselor (CADC), Dr. DuBois provided substance use disorder treatment services to adolescents, adults, and families in Will County. In addition to his clinical experience, Dr. DuBois served as adjunct faculty at Adler University to teach graduate students on treating substance use disorders.
Dr. DuBois has worked as a Program Coordinator of Adult Outpatient Programs for the Behavioral Health Division at the Health Department. In addition, Dr. DuBois served as the Will County MAPP Collaborative Behavioral Health Action Team Co-Chair to evaluate and plan meaningful initiatives to address behavioral health needs within communities in Will County. Presently, Dr. DuBois serves as the Problem Solving Court Coordinator for the Will County State’s Attorney James Glasgow and the 12th Judicial Circuit Court of Illinois.
